The Waite Park water tower no longer has the iconic smiley face logo. Mayor Rick Miller says the smiley face has servered it pupose for the city and now it is time for a change. Classic Protective Coatings was happy to be apart of the change. Last year the city rebraded their tagline from “a city with a smile” to “where Minnesota connects”. As part of the rebrading a new logo was also incorporated.
